Administrative Assistant for Government Affairs department.

The Government Affairs Specialist is responsible for coordinating the various day-to-day functions of the Government Affairs (GA) department. Functions include assisting the SVP of Government and Political Affairs coordinate their schedule, ensuring that all materials are prepared for the various GA meetings by gathering necessary documents from other departments and making them electronically available to member companies, and preparing hard copies of these materials for in-person attendees, tracking the status of legislation, recording the results of key votes and compiling whip sheets and coordination of the annual member visits with congressional offices.
